Crisi finanziara: seconda fase?

ITA

EN
(15/11/2008) - According to the Consumers Association of Adusbef, despite the abolition part of the ICI (tax on home), we will have a black Christmas: "consumption is destined to fall of 7.9% for at least 4 families 3 will cut the costs. " The Christmas bonus is so divided: 10.1 billion for pensioners, 8.9 billion for public employees and 15.3 for private employees. Billing and prepaid loans worth 9 billion (much as 26.2% of total upstream) burn the Christmas bonus. The car insurance will eat 4.7 billion, 14% of the Christmas bonus, and 6.3 billion will pay for the mortgage rate.
The collapse of Borse has stopped (?). The financial crisis is shifting to other countries, the IMF has already intervened in Hungary and Ukraine, Mexico and Brazil. In the United States and Europe in the second phase of the crisis now strikes the real economy.
How long will be the recession and what will be the unemployment rate?
The level of interest rates in Europe is three times that of the U.S., but a cut in rates will not have major effects on the real economy. We have the highest debt in Europe. Is better to reduce taxes or accelerating public investment? Public investment, including permits and preparation of sites, need months or years to go. Cutting taxes on labor can not afford!
We have entered a phase of global deflation rapid and violent.
